    Is this really the same towers, same coverage, same equipment, same quality and same speeds?

    100% Yes….its the same first class seat for less.

    How is it possible to keep plan prices this low?

    By cutting out all of the high dollar marketing campaigns of the large carriers, we are able to offer you the same service at lower prices.

    Are there any taxes or hidden fees?

    No. All taxes are included in the cost of your plan.

    Can I keep my phone number?

    Yes. To port your number from your existing carrier, your account must be paid in full and you will need your account number, PIN and telephone number.  It is that easy.

    Can I keep my current device?

    You can bring any 4G LTE or better unlocked GSM device.

    Is there a contract?

    To keep our prices this low, we do require a 12-month agreement.

    How do I sign up?

    Simply go back to the home page, surgephone.com, choose your plan and follow the prompts for a secure checkout. Or contact SurgePhone Customer Service via Live Chat or at 1-855-467-8743 .

    What will happen if my payment is unable to be processed?

    If your payment fails to be processed, we will notify you to help avoid service interruptions.

    How long does it take to receive my SIM card or device?

    All SIM cards will be received by you within 5-7 business days.

    Can I keep my phone number?

    Yes. To port your number from your existing carrier, your account must be paid in full and you will need your account number, PIN and telephone number. It is that easy.

    Should I call my carrier to cancel?

    Once the porting process has been completed, you can reach out to your previous carrier to let them know your account should be closed.

    I chose to bring my phone number and it's not working.

    The porting process can take up to 48 hours, but it much quicker in most cases. If it has been more than 48 hours, please reach out to our SurgePhone Customer Service via Live Chat or at 1-855-467-8743 .
